Teacher turned Therapist
For 15 years, I worked in schools with teens and their families across Massachusetts. What I valued most were the relationships I built—with students, parents, and educators. Over time, I realized I wanted to support people more deeply, which led me to earn a second master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling (my first is in Education). Since then, I’ve been doing the work that feels most meaningful to me. I’m also well connected to resources in Cambridge and Greater Boston and can offer referrals whenever they’re needed.
As a therapist, I see my clients as equals. You’re the expert on your own life—I simply bring tools that can help when things feel heavy or unclear. Life’s waters can get murky, and my role is to help you find clarity and steadier ground. I avoid jargon and focus on creating a space where you can show up fully, just as you are.
